Online Booking

 

    1. Please click on the button below.

    2. Your will be redirected to a secure portal where 2-step verification is required to confirm your identity. You will need your date of birth and your health card number.

    3. You will then have the option of choosing your family physician and once done you will be redirected to choose the appointment type you would like to book. (Please note that only the appointment types listed above are currently available for online booking. For your tetanus (Tdap) booster, please choose the RN clinic instead of your family doctor).

    4. You will be prompted to pick a day and choose one of the times available on that day. Once done click <Book Appointment>.

    5. That is it! Your appointment is booked and you will receive a confirmation email. You have the additional option of printing a copy of the appointment/ adding the appointment to your Google or Outlook calendar .

  • We are currently inviting patients to book their appointments online for the following routine visits:

    • PAP Exam

    • B12 Injection

    • Tetanus (Tdap) Boosters (Please Book through RN Clinic)

    • Routine Childhood Vaccinations

    We also offer online booking for Same Day Semi-urgent appointments. This is available only for some physicians at the moment.

    In case of Emergency please visit nearest Emergency Centre.

*Please note that in most instances your appointment will be with your family physician, however in the case your physician becomes unavailable, another member of the care team will provide you with service.
