Medication Renewal

Please plan ahead if your prescription is set to run out. It can sometimes take 48-72 hours turn around for prescription requests to be sent, received and returned (especially closer to the weekend). In some cases your physician may wish to speak to you prior to renewal. In this case an appointment will be required.

It is your responsibility to ensure there is no interruption to your medications. You will need to ensure the correct action is taken and with the appropriate timing to keep your prescriptions full.

Medication renewal requests must be faxed from your pharmacy. If you are a patient seeking a renewal for a controlled substance, some practices may require you to make an appointment when requests can not be filled through fax alone.
